This is a report and staff briefing as a school receives them, built from public data on 29 September 2026 with police data to July 2026. This is a sample. The school's name and the names of streets and places have been changed. The figures are real and describe one area in England. Every school's report has the same chapters, written from its own figures.

Inside the report

Chapter by chapter, each finding ends with what it means for the child protection policy, and every chapter says what its data cannot show.

About this sample

  • It describes the area around the school and the authority it sits in. Like every report, it never rates the school or its pupils, and counts below three are printed as "fewer than 3".
  • Police-recorded crime comes from UK Crime Statistics, children's services figures from the Department for Education, health figures from the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, and the rest from the sources listed on its cover.
  • It is fixed at the date it was made. A report you order is built on the day from the latest published figures, and comes with the insight dashboard and the action log for 12 months.
  • The school the sample is drawn from is not named. Its name, its postcode and the names of streets, parks and stops are replaced with plain labels such as "Road A"; every count, rate and comparison is as the report for that school prints it.
