One price per school covers the report, the staff briefing, the insight dashboard and the action log for a year. Every school is the same price, however many are on an order. Pay by card when you order. No VAT is added: the price is what you pay.

£149 for each school, for 12 months. A trust can put every school on one order and pay once; each school is £149.
The price includes everything; there is no VAT layer.

What each school receives
The report
A binder-ready PDF that sets out the evidence chapter by chapter, from what children's services record across the authority to the places pupils gather after school, and ends with the paragraph for the child protection policy, the paragraph for the governors' report and the questions an inspector may ask, answered.
The staff briefing
One page for the all-staff safeguarding update: the area, what to be alert to, and who to tell.
The insight dashboard
The figures for the year, with charts, tables and an export, open for 12 months.
The action log
Each finding as an action with an owner, a due date and a note, exported for the governors.
A trust holding two or more schools also gets the portfolio: every school side by side, never ranked, with a paragraph for the trust board.
Questions about price and payment
How much does the safeguarding context report cost?
£149 per school for 12 months. That covers the report, the staff briefing, the insight dashboard and the action log for the school. No VAT or other tax is added; the price is what you pay.
What does a trust pay for several schools?
£149 for each school, the same price whether the order holds one school or fifty. A trust can put every school on one order and pay once. Every school keeps its own report, briefing, dashboard and action log.
Can we pay by purchase order and invoice?
Not at the moment: payment is by card when you order, through our payment provider, and the receipt is on the order page for your finance team. If your organisation cannot pay by card, email info@safeguardingcontext.co.uk and we will reply.
What happens after 12 months?
Access to the downloads and the dashboard for that school ends 12 months after delivery. Nothing renews or charges automatically. We email a reminder a month before the year ends, and renewing brings the new year's figures and keeps the action log.
Can we get a refund?
If a report cannot be produced for a school on your order, or contains an error that is ours rather than the source data's, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will correct and reissue it or refund what you paid for that school. Because reports are made and delivered digitally at your request, there are no other refunds once an order has been delivered. An unpaid card order can be cancelled from the order page at any time.
